PvE seems to be the only sensible application of T3. The skill loss with losing a T3 ship doesn't give them alot of PvP potential. Very nice tanks though.

You can't claim sovereignty anymore. Well... you can but unless you are part of a substantial power bloc or have powerful friends, don't expect to keep it for long. Fun for some, none for others is the way sov works.
